The company offers a great assortment of items for indoors and outdoors, tools, leisure accessories, clothing and health and care products. As for me, Handsome Rewards is a real salvation for ladies who rack their brains trying to find a worthy present for men. The assortment varies from aluminum wallets and belts to auto accessories.

But, unfortunately, some customers are not satisfied with Handsome Rewards. I’ve looked through some complaints, and it appeared the most frequent one concerns charging a credit card and not delivering an order. A customer from New York writes : "I placed an order with this Handsome Rewards Company by credit card and have not received my goods or a reasonable excuse when contacting this company, they advertise free shipping and a comprehensive catalog but that’s it! On their so-called help or customer line they give an e mail address that leads to numerous customer complaints which doesn't make sense!" Another consumer was also angry with Handsome Rewards: "…my daughter received a box from this company. It had several small (cheap) items in it along with an invoice. My daughter did not order anything from this company. When I called to get information they would not assist me, instead they disconnected my call. I tried to call back three times immediately after and each time my call went to a recording. There is no toll free number so I have been charged for each call. Somehow, they billed a credit card without my authorization".

Certainly, that doesn’t sound great. But as for me, that’s not the reason to refuse making online purchases. The thing is that along with unsatisfied Handsome Rewards’ customers there are many of those who have positive impressions from buying at this store. To avoid such disappointments it’s better prove company’s physical address and phone numbers are real.
